WinFix: Cannot run Scheduled Batch Task with user account on WS2003 (Error: Could not start)

I have issue with Windows Server 2003 to run scheduled batch files and encounter error Could not start. Fortunately, i found the solution.

Fix Steps:

S1-1. Open Windows Explorer and Navigate to C:\Windows\System32

S1-2. Find cmd.exe and right click on Properties

S1-3. Add Users group or specific user account/group

S1-5. Run Scheduled Task again.
