Windows Server 2008 assigned drive letter to System Reserved partition.
It is advisable to hide this partition as this partition is very important for booting Windows.
Steps:
- Boot from Windows Setup DVD

Select Repair Computer and select Command Prompt

On Command Prompt, execute Diskpart.exe

On DiskPart Prompt, follow the following command:
- Exit Command Prompt and Reboot

After reboot, logon to Windows and Open Server Manager -> Storage -> Disk Management
System Reserved partition drive letter is disappear.
